We conduct partner searches on retained and contingent bases. We work closely with law firm managers to recruit the partners who fit with the firm's culture, strategic goals and technical needs.
David Anderson, our CEO, manages all partner and practice group searches. As a former senior law firm associate and inhouse counsel, David understands the challenges faced by law firms in building their practices. Over the years, he has accumulated extensive market knowledge and research and has developed networks to assist our law firm clients.
In screening law firm partners and groups, David provides our clients' with comprehensive information about billing rates, client bases and the candidates' short term and long term business goals.
Counsel and Associate Searches
Our recruiters are former law firm associates who understand what kinds of associates law firms seek. We attract associates who come to us for guidance on their law firm choices and have developed a strong referral system.
Our Placements
Global. We have placed dozens of attorneys in Asia and Europe. Many of our international searches require bilingual or multilingual attorneys who offer regional experience. Even with time changes, our team is always available to assist our clients and candidates. We can also be instrumental in negotiating relocation and compensation packages and advising our clients on market conditions.
International, regional and boutique firms. We work with the largest firms in the world, as well as those who are more regional in nature. In addition, many of our clients are boutique firms that specialize in one or two practice areas.
